on the lookout for a Phone

I'm on the lookout for a phone. A cell phone, and funny that I’m not spoiled for choice. I’m planning to buy a phone for 2 months now. I have done quite a bit of research but didn’t get a lot of choice. Actually even I’m not sure what my budget is, i.e. how much I want to spend on the phone Rs. 5k or Rs. 10k. You see I'm in 2 minds, one says 10 is too much, the other says you dont buy a phone everyday. So I have done a review of the phones available. In the 10K bracket I just interested in 2 phones, both non-nokia, Sony Ericsson K700i and Motorola E398. Both phones are good and have all the features I would want in a Mobile phone. Prices are similar at Around Rs.9500 in ebay.in / Bazee.com. Both have music players, with the facility to have Mp3 files as ringtones. Even the display features are the same. But i have started having a certain affinity towards the Motorola and there are good reasons for it. First and foremost, it has 2 speakers and not 1, second it has jazzy lights which make it look cool and it is more comfortable to hold and operate because of its size. Most importantly (for me), its battery lasts for 3 days in a single charge; very good. There are other factors (like T-flash memory ) that are in favour of Motorola but I think these are enough for choosing between the 2 phones in this bracket.
In the 5000 category, there is quite a lot of choice. Samsung C210, C230, X200 Philips 568, Nokia 1600, 6030, Sony Ericsson J-series the new Motorola 257, 261 (here's a secret: Motorolas have the longest battery life). can anyone tell me if nokia 3220 is any good. My phone should be different, have a good talk time, loud enough ring to be heard on the bike, good quality sound and have good memory for sms'es and phone numbers. Do you have anything in mind? what do you think should be my choice of phone?? suggestions are welcome.
